Upon completion of the 4 days review period, we'll invoice you for the remaining balance of the project.

5. OUR FEES AND PAYMENTS
Client Needs to Pay at-least 45%-50% Deposit Advance (Non Refundable) of the entire fee payable amount under our proposal is due immediately upon you instructing us to proceed with the website design and Google SEO Services work. We reserve the right to not commence any work until the deposit has been paid fully. Either client or designer/developer can cancel work order within 24-48 Hrs from Work Start Date.
6. SUBCONTRACTING
We reserve the proper to subcontract any services that we've agreed to perform for you as we see fit.
7. STARTUPS , BUSINESS & E-COMMERCE PLAN
You are liable for complying with all relevant laws concerning e-commerce, and to the complete extent permitted by law will hold harmless, protect, and defend and indemnify marketing servicess and its subcontractors from any claim, penalty, tax, tariff loss or damage arising from your or your clients’ use of Internet electronic commerce.
8. Policy updates
Marketing servicess is permitted to revise these Terms of conditions/ services at any time because it sees fit, the orders taken before update of terms of conditions also will come under new terms of conditions (If you think that the changes made will affect your projects, you would like to update us within 5 days of terms of conditions being updated).
